Bondioli & Pavesi completes the acquisition of Siboni S.r.l.Suzzara, October 9th 2023

Suzzara, October 9th 2023 - Bondioli & Pavesi is pleased to announce that on 27^th September 2023 it completed the acquisition of 100% of the share capital of Siboni S.r.l., a company which specializes in providing solutions for motion and motion control by designing and producing brushless servomotors, DC electric motors, planetary gearboxes and brushless servomotors with integrated electronics for industrial automation, agricultural, robotic and intralogistics applications.

SIBONI S.r.l.

Siboni S.r.l. was founded in Forlì in 1957 by brothers Enzo and Ivo Siboni, who started their business repairing small electrical appliances, power tools and electric motors. In the Seventies, the repair shop was converted into the actual production of dc electric motors, with the subsequent development of precision planetary gearboxes and ac brushless gearmotors, all of which are still in production today. The Company made a significant transition at the onset of the new millennium, with the development of electronics for motor control and the acquisition of the skills and technologies necessary to create mechatronic solutions, in which brushless motors, planetary gearboxes and on-board electronics are fully integrated.
